ATTENTION BHPWA CUSTOMERS:

EFFECTIVE JULY 01, 2023, THE MONTHLY BASE RATE WILL INCREASE.  THE NEW BASE RATE IS AS FOLLOWS:

3/4" $22.26 PER MONTH 

1" $40.06 PER MONTH

THE RATE PER 1,000 GALLONS WILL REMAIN THE SAME.

3/4" METER           $22.26 per month

                                $2.55/1000 gallons

 

1" METER                $40.06 per month

                                  $2.55/1000 gallons

 

2" METER                $117.87 per month

                                    $1.72/1000 gallons

 

3" METER                 $173.34 per month

                                     $1.72/1000 gallons

 

4" METER                  $554.69 per month

                                      $1.72/1000 gallons

 

WHOLESALE               $ 2.09/1000 gallons

 

ALL METERS                $ .98 per month SC DHEC fee

 

 

LATE CHARGE              10% of original bill amount

 

CUT OFF / NON PAY FEE    $40.00

 

RETURNED CHECK              $40.00

On all checks returned for insufficient funds, the customer must pay all outstanding bills and penalties in cash before service will be restored.
