Our Mission

Belton Honea Path Water Authority prides itself as a reliable provider of clean, safe water.  We are a community water system that provides water to the City of Belton, Town of Honea Path, Donalds-Due West Water Authority, Broadway Water and over 800 customers on our own distribution system.  Our committed staff of trained professionals work day and night to efficiently serve our customers and our community.

Mon-Fri -- 8:30 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.
Our office will be closed Friday, July 4, 2025 for Independence Day and we will resume regular business hours Monday, July 7, 2025.

Boil Water Notice LIFTED for Belton-Honea Path Water Authority Customers

SEPTEMBER 30, 2024, 10 AM:  Belton-Honea Path Water Authority is lifting a Boil Water Notice that was part in effect for ALL its customers, including the City of Belton, Town of Honea Path, and Donalds-Due West District.

Following Hurricane Helene, Belton-Honea Path Water instructed residents to use boiled tap water or bottled water for consumption to protect public safety. Consumption includes drinking, brushing teeth, making ice, food preparation, fruit and vegetable washing and the preparation of baby formula. Customers do NOT need to boil water prior to using it for showering or bathing.
